These earrings are made with Sea Otter fur. They hang approximately 4 inches from the ear. Marcia Patrick created these earrings. She is originally from Spruce Island on Kodiak but now lives in Seldovia, Alaska. Marcia has been beading for 35 years and skin sewing for roughly 30 years. She began taking different classes through a Tribe program where she learned her craft and finds inspiration from the environment around her. Marcia says “In nature all the colors go together, and none clash.” She enjoys making wearable art because of the happiness it brings people.
